If they want to bridge the gap from the nhl and ahl quality from the goaltenders Martin jones is still a FA. He did just fine last year for us. Obviously you’d need to create some cap space but that is another possibility the leafs could explore if they feel like they need to upgrade the goalie depth
Murray's had two NHL games in the past year, I'd like to see him get a few more games before judging his worth. He's no doubt trying too hard, but being a veteran goaltender I think he'll settle down and play up to his actual ability.

Murray needs reps!! As a goalie you cant be out as long as he was and come back as good as you can be without reps. He needs the #1 job on the marlies and play alot!!! He isnt going to improve being a backup in the nhl. That game is entirely on the inept gm.

Hildeby needs to play in the AHL more, his last NHL start was brutal-3 floaters go in from distance. A couple goals Murray allowed weren't great but not quite that bad.
