What’s he supposed to do playing with Lomberg and Rooney?
Then he’s moved to a line where the entire team is having a bad game. Cant expect him to light it up in such a short amount of time.

He's likely playing in a different league after this season unless some team thinks there's potential and gives up a late round pick for him at the deadline
Put Kuzy with Huberdeau & Kadri and on PP#1 again. He’ll produce more there than Pospisil will

Kuzmenko was undrafted by an NHL team but perhaps, going into his initial NHL season, his play under contract to 2 KHL teams, with his having been figuratively-speaking put thru the ringer during his CSKA Moscow days (including having played on at least 2 of its farm teams). Yet in non-preseason play (no postseason play so far) during his NHL days he's gone from, in his rookie season, having averaged almost a point per game, including having scored 39 goals (more than, so far, during the subsequent 2 seasons combined), to barely over ⅓ per game so far this season (10 points [all but 1 of them assists] over 29 games). For next season he may get an NHL contract but unless his point production drastically improves, I see it more likely the per-season cap hit will be sub-US$3-million, with that contract quite possibly for as little as that season and two-way.

He was a cap dump in the lindholm trade and the canucks gave extra prospects to take the contract ….yes he should be in the line up or he should of bin traded last year while he was scoring , how ever flames have already bin compensated for taking his contract so whats the difference

Gretzky was a defensive liability, but he had Kuri that would back check for him. Perhaps we should let Kuzmenko play to his strengths, but have a strong backchecking other wingman for his line.
