There are 3 things to consider when you deliver criticism.
1/ Is it contructive or just negative?
2/ Are you yourself doing your job?
3/ Are you saying what you are saying just between you two or are there other people there to?
Neither of them will get traded in 2024-25.
Lets think about this what we are contemplating here is when a player is having a great season we can justify trading his because of perceived better return and forget the player is doing well and is paid as such. When a player is not doing well you contemplate trading the guy yet you cannot because the return sucks . WTF . Kind of dumb ,things to contemplate altogether. You're blowing smoke. Miller leads the team. He is the team's first line center and takes all the heat -EVERY GAME.
Last game he led the team in hits and SOG and was the primary playmaker on the goal the Nucks scored.
Miller takes the most faceoffs every game and last game was no different.Miller took 24 faceoffs while the entire rest of the team took forty.Eight players combine for 40 faceoffs while Miller takes 24 faceoffs ,himself. You know,against first-line NHL'ers at all the key times of the game.
Miller: 2.29 Hits per game. Pettersson is .49 hits per game.
Miller is 59.2% in the circle this season.Pettersson is 45.7% -playing against inferior opponents and taking less critical draws.

Its always a mistake to tell people you are milking them for clicks. People will feel dumb for clicking and eventually the blip you got turns into a negative.
