This team cannot go forward as currently constructed. That is 100% on Drury. He put the team together, hired the coaches and has held no one accountable for their failures. I believe he is preventing Laviollette from scratching certain players and at the same time forcing him to play others. Before any more personnel changes are made whether it be trades, firings or demotions or promotions, Drury needs to be replaced as general manager. Someone else needs to be making these decisions. Drury should not be part of any rebuilding or retooling of the team moving forward.
