    NHL Officiating compounds missed opportunities by the Lightning. Sticky game, hard to watch at times, Point and Guentzel both blow sure goals setup by Kucherov. One mistake from Guentzel catches his linemates out on an extended shift and then Point misses Perbix at the point triggering Turcotte on a break. This is when the NHL Officiating steps in. Kempe joins from the bench when Moore is clearly 15-20' from the Bench coasting for a line change. Two additional Kings jump over the wall before they should be allowed to legally change (no one remotely close to the bench).

    This entire GWG play for the Kings should have resulted in a TMM Penalty against with competent officiating. See 8m20s into this video. That line change is a penalty.
