    Hard fought win, really faced a Jets onslaught the Red Wings can be proper pleased with the team effort withstanding a decent Winnipeg team.

    What team is this? What happened to the lethargic playing team? They look exciting! Can’t believe what a coaching change can do. Would be nice to see Ras start scoring as well, one of our better players.

    We need to win odawa for sure can we win 5 in a row. They have been losing lately ,and every team below 8 is within striking distance they all lost so it is ours to take ,pitt rangers Boston colmbs habs .this game Tuesday is biggest game before all star break.

    Energy, anticipation and puck hounding on the PP were excellent and back checking was disciplined against a very skilled offensive team. Completely different personality with Todd, who wants his shooters to shoot. Lyon outstanding although he 'swims' a bit much and Larks-Raymond putting it huge efforts. Wild card not out of the question if this continues.

    Also, first time since February they have won 4 in a row.

    Same team, same players, same management team, different coach/approach. Same doubters. Same positive comments when they win. Same salary cap parity league with Detroit basically the same as 20 other teams. Albert J cannot handle a team like the Jets. Coach doing a good job managing Petry's and Holl's playing time. If Larkin can shoot and hit the top of the net he scores 50 this year! He is winning key faceoffs. Jets trying for the top of the net is why the score goals, likely the posts helped Lyon. I think they played a more calming game like last night that means less penalties. The ref always changes the game, if the Wings didn't get the first penalty the Jets would have probably only had 5 shots in the first period. The ref calls a penalty near end of game. I look forward to watching every Wings game win or lose. Go Wings Go!
