I can’t wait to see Murashov climb the ladder in this franchise, and I especially can’t wait to see just how good he’s gonna be when he finally gets on the Pens. His potential is unbelievable.
Getting two out of four points isn't bad against Carolina and Florida. It would've been nice to get one win, but I'll take the two points.
I want to ask both of you, what did you think about Dave Pagnotta' report Friday about Kyle Dubas being one of three GM's being in attendance Friday Night for a game between Abbotsford and Laval? For those who don't know, Abbotsford and Laval are the AHL affiliates for the Vancouver Canucks and the Montreal Canadiens respectively.
I know there have been rumors surrounding Elias Pettersson and JT Miller. the fact Dubas was in attendnace, clearly shows he's looking at something. If you are him, would you call Jim Rutherford and Patrik Allvin and if so, which one would you go after Pettersson or Miller?
I'm glad you guys mentioned Larsson because he's been solid. Maybe that allows the big pens to trade a ned or jarry or both at the trade deadline.
It’s nice to see the penguins in a playoff spot especially how this season started. Where most of us were looking forward to returns for certain players. But now we’re deep down thinking are we buyers potentially and can we see one more run with the core.
I’ll take extra penguins hockey in the playoffs rather them Missing and not seeing them in the playoffs at all

Honestly they were super lucky to get into overtime against Carolina, 19 shots on goal just isn't good enough. Florida was a different story though, they actually played a solid game against the Panthers and earned that point.

This team does not know how to play with a multi goal lead. It’s extremely frustrating. We’ve lost out on so many points by giving up multi goal leads. It is just dumbfounding to me. I feel better watching them play down a goal or two rather than up a goal or two. They’ve gotta figure it out.
Hopefully we can get a couple wins this week to keep us in the wild card!
I'll take the 2 points. Wasnt happy with the blown 2 goal lead but it's carolina and they fought back to get a point. The effort against Detroit i didn't think was very good. I think murashov has more upside then blomqvist but blomqvist is nhl ready now. Larson has been really good as well. The nailers have been soo good because of the organizational depth. Most of the players are ready for the ahl or should already be there. Just as I think wilkes-barre has a few players ready for nhl. Hoping to see koivunen, broz and mcgroarty some time this season in pittsburgh
