Boston needs to trade for assets at this point. Not giving up draft picks when you have the worst prospect pool in hockey! Start building from the ground up. Boston fans have always been non-logical when they talk about trades! Trent Fredric for Sidney Crosby and a 1st. Dumb trades like that! Trent Fredric to Carolina for Ty Smith, Justin Robidas, and a 2nd round pick. Assets, Depth, and prospects! Can’t trade for an elite player with no talent. Boston won’t be in the Miller or Pettersson conversation. Sorry Boston.

Bruins want to get younger and better…… Literally 31 other teams would like to do the same.. Bruins don't have a pipeline or notable prospects to trade. Trading out older players isn't as easy as people say it is, Bruins are in the same boat as the Pens, ride the wave until you bottom out.
