I remember in the way back, Richard Brodeur was hit in the head with a shot that took a piece of his ear off.
When he came back, he was tentative. Shots that he normally would have stopped, he missed. He looked nervous all the time.
That's what im seeing with Demko. Shots that he would have had easily last year, he misses completely. He's nervous and tentative. Injuries have him scared to be aggressive. Not a good scene.
He needed a lot more time to come back from that first injury before going into real games.
Maybe a nice, long conditioning stint in Abbotsford.
I dont even think he should dress for the rest of the season. He's not in the game mentally.
