Anyone who complains about Ovi's empty netters NEEDS TO GET A LIFE! I never thought I would see someone get close to any of Gretzky's major records. The fact that Ovi is even close is an unbelievable accomplishment. Even Gretzky graciously admits it is much harder to score in the modern game than his era.
Protas did it again, wow. Lindgren was missing to catch pucks too much with the shutout, Frank can really flight, even Ovi did something good for emptynetter trolls. The game was good for Caps in every aspect.

I just wonder if Washington can keep both goaltenders. Lindgren and Thompson are both playing outstanding hockey. Both guys are #1 goaltenders so I have to imagine some desperate teams are going to come calling for one of them.

Рантанен лидер лиги в этом сезоне по голам в пустые ворота,а это игрок,который претендует на 14-ти миллионый контракт.Никто об этом не говорит.Пусть Овечкин забивает,как угодно,хоть в пустые,из офиса,как угодно.Ему 39 он всем давно всё доказал.Если бы не эта чёртова игра с Ютой и его травма,учитывая в какой он был форме,до рекорда оставалось бы пару шайб.

Daccord is an outstanding goalie, but that doesn't matter if the Kraken CAN'T SCORE. The Kraken D let Joey get shelled tonight (just imagine how many goals we'd be down if Grube was in net instead), and he still kept the score to a point that should have been in reach – IF we had an offense in Seattle. But we don't.
And the long, frustrating failure of a season continues (now on Netflix – Goal-less in Seattle….)
