We Need Skinner Because Skinner Know How To Play In The Playoffs Final
Gibson will cost too much because he is not a rental and he is not much of upgrade from Skinner. Oilers have to be careful to trade away Skinner while he still young.

I would not give up skinner but bringing in Gibson to help mentor him would be really beneficial for skinner!..,geez I can already hear the skinner band wagon coming for those of us wanting better goaltending!
If Gibson isn't a starter in Anaheim, why would he be in Edmonton? Skinner needs a real coach NOW. How many decent goalies have suffered in Edmonton for lack of a real goalie coach? Just sayin.
Am I the only one here that finds Pickard a slightly better goalie ? Like man I haven't seen Pickard stink like Skinner has! I've often wondered if Skinner was shaving points for money or something. Whenever we play a good team and lose. We lose by goaltending. Less shots Skinner gets and let's in more than the goalie at the other end. Skinner would be a better back up. He should be Pickards back up. Go back on YouTube and watch the last time we played the Florida Panthers in Edmonton most recently. Skinner's performance was absolutely embarrassing. Anytime we got the lead Florida would skate down shoot an average shot and Skinner gets lit up.
McDavid has had enough, should have had cup last year except for Skinner in goal. McDavid not playing the same, losing hope or lost all hope. Thanks bowman/jackson for wrecking this team. Disgraceful for players like McD and 29 to not have the best goalie in the league. Trade Bouch or Nurse and get them the best goalie you can get. Enough already. Why isn't Katz firing bowman/jackson ???????

If we are actively shopping a goalie I would expect it to be on the down low. You don’t want to shake confidence in Skinner or Pickard if one of them is on the chopping block… I’m a fan of both goalies but Skinners starts have been a problem. Pickard I have more confidence in but if he played twice as much could he continue his numbers… anyone’s guess. Go oilers!!! I hope we can win the cup with as much of the core group as we can. Time is ticking though! I will feel much better when I know 97 resigns and we can afford him without leaving ourselves too shallow (opposite of deep 😂)!

Gibson at 3,5m might be okay, but the Ducks are an upcoming team so would they really want to eat 3m dead cap for the next 2 years?
