  1. So he basically repeated “the goal” vs the devils but with enough dexterity to not have to fall on his back😮

  2. Ovi is a pure joy to watch. They way his skill expresses his passion for hockey, for life, is enthralling.

  3. I love his backhand…his top left shelf against goalie surprise is one of his favorites pretty nice. The trick to pass on offensive the puck between skates and go around is impressive good dexterity does that well. Next season he may have most goals ever score. Very surprising stuff. Good game for hockey. Use to play at atom house for deep river knights I like the game but nothing too serious so far. This season goes maybe to Boston versus Dallas or Canucks it seems 2024

  4. How can we do his ton ten and not to that two punch knockout of the Vegas rookie during the playoffs?

  5. I’m not a hockey fan but as a kid me and my dad watched the game where he and crosby scored 3 each

  6. I’m a bruins fan and was in DC when the Canadians one happened. Still one of my favorite non bruins moments

  7. The thing this video doesnt show is how physical his game was. Especially early in his career. Donald Brashear told an interviewer once that he was brought to Washington to be kind of a protector and when he asked 8 if he wanted him to take care of business, Ovi looked at him and said "I got it." Or something along those lines. So when i see people complaining today that he just picks his spot its so telling to me that they didnt watch the first 10+ years of his career. To be almost 2 decades into this league, and to still be a 30 goal scorer after playing as physical of a brand of hockey as he played is amazing. I think the OG fans appreciate him still for what hes meant to the game. Newer fans who are only seeing the old Ovi need to go back and watch those early highlights.

  8. I don’t have to be a capitals fan to appreciate ovechkin highlight reels, every single goal was insane

  9. I have a feeling he practiced scoring while sleeping and he can only aim if he's lying down so he fell every time on purpose

  10. In 1994 I became a die hard hockey fan. I would watch every televised game. For sometime ESPN had two games on Tuesdays and Thursday but I never had a favorite team. In 2005 after seeing Ovechkin play four games I found myself saying, How can I not be a fan of this guy. Thirty years I have been watching hockey and still do not have a favorite team. Nineteen years later I am still an Ovechkin fan which I guess that makes me a Caps fan by default. Not really sure.

  11. If USA players played with this much passion. Sadly, they haven't. And they Don't. Hockey is becoming basketball and baseball. .

  12. The only question hockey fans have to ask is, which Ovechkin jersey do you want to buy? Is it the regular road-white? The dark-blue capital building? Perhaps the Winter Classic jersey is more your style. I'm partial to the red screaming eagle myself.

  13. How on earth do you make professional defenders look like amateurs. What a player.

  14. Greatest of all time scores his greatest of all time while the second greatest of all time watches dumbfounded!

  15. Вот так выглядит доминирование.Он,конечно явление,как к нему не относись

  16. Грецкий почувствовал,что этот парень побьёт его рекорды!!!😀😂
