Marner infects teams with his attitude, hates media, hates adversity, isn't team first based on his hold out, and can't step up when it matters.
Playing with the best Canada has to offer, he gets demoted to a third line role.
He isn't worth 14m AAV. He should realize his worth as a perimeter defensive winger that easily gets shut down when it's tight.
The Leafs shouldn't pay him more than Nylander and in fact should match Nylander's contract for him… If he doesn't like it then ask him to waive his right to stay a Leafs player so they can get value for him.
