3:25 is where it starts
Why wouldn’t teams be scared? He’s highly overpaid, he’s extremely undersized for the NHL and the PWHL, he’s moody and has extreme victim mentality and worst of all he completely quits when he doesn’t get his way or things don’t go his way. Not alot of teams saying give me that.
called it months ago!! over rated over paid swede. they will never be able to move him now
Stop drafting bloody Swedes
I mean they might as well trade Hughes to New Jersey already.
Should have traded him in November when Carolina was offering Necas and their 2nd Pick but nope Alviin messed up
Now we won't get much for him
I'd sure like to get inside Peteys head to see what the F is going on. There's definitely something going on with him that's affecting his play.
It's hard to argue with Seravalli on this one. Of course other GMs are reluctant to pay a significant price. A bad trade could conceivably cost them their jobs. Pettersson has become the Canuck's worse nightmare. Not only are they shelling out 11.6 million per season, but they've lost a quality player in Miller and they have to decide what the future holds at the centre ice position. Do they stick with Pettersson or go out and find a reliable first or second line centre. Failure to get it right could mean the difference between becoming a playoff contender or languishing in the middle of the pack for the next decade. I think they should either buy out or get the best deal possible, eat some salary and move on.
Oh and No Petey wont ever hit 80 Points again but Miller will
Relax, 25/26 will be his year 😂
Get him out plz. Waste of money. No drive no grit.
Pettersson has given zero signs of getting out of this, trade him for whatever you can get.
It was only a 'really big deal' to bitches and whiners….😢. I'm fine with Petey. He's a Canuck. He'll be fine. End of fn story.
If Petey can't get up and play well for his own country, how the hell is he going to play well for the Canucks. Oh wait, Canucks are paying him $11.6 mil to play well.
The only Frank that matters on this front is the owner. He's the one signing all those multi-million dollar cheques for nothing.
Just dump him for anything and sign Marner or Rantenan
pettersson is such a dweeb 🤣
My thought is, there is no update here. I click on anything canucks or peterson because I'm a fan, but my behaviour and subscriptions will change based on if there is actually value added content. Frank is using a dying media format and is used to seeking to bait a conversation without providing any new information. We already know petey isn't performing to his contract. Yes that is an issue. Yes, trading while value is low is also an issue. This is just added fuel and click bait for canucks fans. I recommend you seek new media insiders for fleshing out your channel's content.
Seravalli has a doom and gloom take on the Canucks. What a complete surprise.
WAIVERS
Dude keeps talking about some mid teir players.
If I'm in Steve Yzerman's position, I make a move for Petey. Buy low if it involves taking on the full cap hit. But the prospect of him and Raymond, Larkin or Kasper on a line is very tantalizing.
Maybe they should fire RT instead. might still have JTM
Last Canucks game was the only glimmer of hope seen from 40 in a year.
Lets see how he plays when he gets back
We always need a bad Swedish contact: Loui, OEL, and Petey🎉
