  1. Matthews will be fine. He's obviously bothered by something. But last sequence in OT was great effort and Matthews part. Dug the puck out of the corner, hustled to the blueline to push that puck forward to Marner. I think Matthews will turn it around.

  2. What a laser by Nick Robertson! I like him. Don't trade him. He's a furtire star. A goal and assist to tie game 4 to 4. In Chicago game 2 goals. He's fast, great hands

  3. He said he was hanging with his brother over the break, he probably got dome good training and focus tips with his brother eh?? 😮😊

  4. I remember when we all wanted n.robertson traded sooo badly for sooo sooo long. He's making a case tho. but could also be a good trade.

  5. Still think I’d rather have Nylander on breakaway if my life depended on it but that Marner goal was filthy

  6. 106 of his 137 games, were played in this season and last. What if he got 4mins more of playing time?

  7. that WAS embarrassing regardless of the W. Stolarz could only be blamed for ONE goal, too. Friggin brutal.

  8. I think Robertson could be a valuable trading asset. Lots of teams could plug him into their Top-6 and have him play 20 minutes a night instead of 12 minutes. And, he'd probably score 20+ goals per season. But, if the Leafs give up Robertson they need to figure out a new plan for depth scoring.

  9. The "without Matthews" record will take a BIG hit this time round because the team is a lot different than earlier in the year.

  10. Tavares has 6 pts in his last 9 games, so a bit of a slump, but still, he's playing pretty good (not $11 Mil good, but hey…)

  11. Same Leafs team for the last 9. years. The difference this time is goalers. Lawd help the Leafs if they go down

  12. A scout is gonna watch that goal by Robertson and holy f&^k what a shot. He really does have a game breaking shot.

  13. Matthews has grown to resent playing here. He clearly just wants to head south to be with his supreme leader.

  14. Regarding Matthews – I think it's pretty clear at this point that he is playing injured, the Leafs have tried multiple times to rest him & it hasn't worked and likely will require offseason surgery. If it was a surgery he could recover from in a month and the Leafs could be confident he would be at 100% at the end of that month I think they would've done it in season and used that cap space at the deadline. If Sammy listened a little closer to Kyper instead of playing on his phone, I think he would have the same take on the situation. 🤣

  15. 48 pts in 43 games with an injury. I’d say he’s doing okay *jack hughes voice*. He’s the captain showing the boys he’ll fight through anything. That’s what a captain does. We move
