Les Sabres étaient en baisse de 2-0 avant le troisième cadre, mais ont réduit la tête de leurs adversaires en deux avec un but de JJ Peterka dans deux minutes. Dylan Cozens a taquiné une tentative de tir avant de passer à Peterka pour l’aide. Cozens a également aidé sur le but suivant par Alex Tuch, qui s’est enveloppé pour terminer une tentative de tir initiale. Henri Jokiharju a eu le but vainqueur au milieu de la troisième période. Le défenseur a eu des buts dans des matchs consécutifs. Jokiharju a porté la rondelle au bas du cercle droit et a tiré une beauté d’un tir dans le coin supérieur derrière l’épaule du dostal Lukas d’Anaheim. I was at that game yesterday!! It was sluggish in 2 periods with lots of shots and didn't get to score yet, Glad I came to the Labatt Blue Zone Bar and met Tony McKegney in the autograph signing session! I got my jersey signed by him! I heard lots of Sabres fans worrying about how terrible we are and didn't show off, and I told my brother, his friend and the people around me to calm down and we will come back! I gave them my mom and my words of how to have faith in the team! "Slow Start Comes To A Strong Finish" and see what happened in the 3rd period?! We fought through and came back to erase the 2-0 deficit and what an outstanding job to score 3 unanswered goals and Jokiharju the 2nd career game winning goal since Saturday, February 17th 2024 3-2 in OT on the Wild at Xcel Energy Center!! Perfect home wins in a month again since November 2018!! February is the best month of the year!! Keep rolling and buzzing to push off u guys!!
