NO RENTALS. This team doesn't stand a chance in the play-offs. They were still bad against the Isles in 5-1 victory. Move bad contracts and soft roster players and fill the holes with speed and grit. Make a splash this off-season in free agency.

NO rentals , we aren't making the playoffs what is going on we beat the predators and we are gonna act like we beat a good team ? Like we're so back? Any player brought on has to have term on their contract, renting a player thinking were gonna go 16-5 is delulu period.
The Patrick Kane/ tarasenko trades were awesome. It just felt like the good old days of NY teams acquiring superstars…. Results aside. The feeling was cool and nostalgic
This year? There ARE NO ideal rentals. Stop giving away draft picks and prospects for underperforming, over the hill rentals that won't get you The Cup.
There's one trade I'd make giving up assets for but that's it. Any other trades we make better for picks and prospects. The one trade is Brady Tkachuck but that'll be most likely an offseason move. I'd like to pickup a first rounder for next years draft if possible . Stay tuned

Playing hurt, and the team constantly trying to set him up, as the Devholes series wore on he got weaker and weaker.
Until this day I still believe acquiring Kane cost us the Cup. An unhealthy Kane was a detriment.
