@Devils du New Jersey

  1. surely fitz is gonna get to work on those trades to save the team's offense without jack right… hes got plenty of time left, right?

  2. Being a Devils fan recently is like being in an endless loop. We start off with new coaches or new players with a hope and positive attitude for the upcoming season just to go into the season and crash out in the middle of it. I’m probably being dramatic (as I do), but it always feels as if the world is against us as there’s always something causing the Devils to fail. Makes me feel sick.
I genuinely hope next season goes better.

  3. Calling all devils fans

We should win the cup for jack and just hope he is ok for the playoffs

  4. The season's over. This team has been in a freefall for the last few weeks and just can't win close games against good teams. Even if the Devils do make the playoffs they're not going to win a playoff series against the Caps or the Hurricanes

  5. I had my shoulder injured in a fight making an arrest and I can tell you shoulder injuries are the worst. I was off work 15 months and it never has been the same.
And I’m not an elite athlete.

  6. Huge Devs fan and I know Eichel did not do anything intentionally but I was livid at the no call given the whistle earlier on the similar play. You’ve got to call things both ways and when you add a serious injury on top of things – it’s absolute horse crap not to make the call.

Eichel was sincere in his sportsmanship in my opinion especially given that they played together in the 4 nations tourney. Unfortunate play, devastating outcome and crappy no call but not mal-intent

  7. I mainly feel bad for Luke, watching your brother go down like that must be a nightmare

  8. Greasy hockey from a greasy country. Couldn't really as for more, or less. Well you could ask for less, but you'd end up getting more.

  9. no words… completely anemic 3rd and 4th line, the lifeblood of our offense is out for the season and now our biggest offense threat from the blue line also might be out for a little while. Losing with 3 seconds left against the stars was the cherry on top for this week. hopefully fitz cooks

  10. NYR fan, here. Hate the Devs but love Jack Hughes. He’s a tremendously gifted player and has a great personality. Hope he will be okay both physically and professionally. This is tough because it’s his second shoulder injury in as many seasons. Again, hope he’s gonna be okay. Get well fast, Jack Hughes. ❤️‍🩹

  11. It was really refreshing to see how genuinely Jack Eichel cared about Jack Hughes. Obviously, they just played together at 4 Nations, but you could see he wasn’t just being polite

  12. Good vid, good to hear empathy towards another human and not just raw hostility and blood lust like most fans.

  13. Definitely wasn’t out of malicious intent. Just looked like a hockey spill. Jack is a class act and I feel terrible for Devils fans and Hughes. Hate to see this shit.

  14. Great player but how long will he last? He's an obvious 'target' for the opposition & his size & crouched skating style make him very vulnerable to injury. Devil fans have to hope management doesn't make a knee jerk transaction to fill the void.
