This guy is a monster but now there is no excuses for the big boys.
As a life long Bruins fan I couldnt be happier that carlo is gone, and the haul we got in return is WILD. I didnt expect him to pull a 2nd round pick but I guess stay at home D men are in high demand. Carlo was a great defender but had multiple concussions and is soft, his goto zone clear is rim the puck around the boards, only works 40% of the time. He gets overpowered even though hes huge. I love the guy as a person but so glad hes gone.
its a 1st and minten…for carlo whos signed over 6 years at only 4.2 mill cap hit…thats to boston…but its actually a 3 team trade with pens retaining cap off that for up to 6years ..for dewar and timmons…so over next 6 years maybe only 2.1 mill avv im guessing..i still need to find out details but pens are retaining salary on the deal
