Leafs fan here and I think we got fleeced here on the Carlo trade. Carlo is fine but we lost a 1st round pick plus a 4rth. SIGH. The benefit if missing playoffs is that a team stocks picks and assets. I like Minten.

The 2 big free agent picks last year are busts , way 2 much money , and should have traded unsatisfied free agent goaltender , would have got value for him . They would have been in rebuilding all year and problaby better off , with more capital . They need size and skill players . They were already one of the best teams , but they cant take the beating in playoffs to finish ! What happened to the big bad bruins style ?

As a lifetime Sabres fan (ticket to heaven, doing my time in hell) Jokiharju is a decent to solid 4th-5th d-man. Mittlestadt was a complete bust until last year. Started strong and was a bright spot on a dismal team. Sabres were talking extension when the Av's offered Bowen Byram straight up for Millsie. Byram former 4th overall solid top 4 d-man and Casey was traded 1yr and 1day after signing an extension in Colorado. Currently having a season Luke his first 6 in Buffalo

the bruins proved they are classless with Marchant trade reminded me about Stamkos…. he gave his heart and soul to the bruins and got stabbed in the back…there is no way to predict if these prospects will work out…they could be flops in the NHL…2 years at 3 mil is a total insult and they got nothing real in return…how do you do this to the heart and soul of the team who bled bruins blood…
Man this season is a fluke this didn’t have to happen had swayman not bent the bruins over there may be more cap space to keep marchy around Sweeney single handedly turned this team on its head for not much. We didn’t steal shit either kid we lost more than we got prospects and draft pics are almost always shit and never work very disappointed
IF lindholm, zadorov, swayman deals and injuries were not happening then probably keepingg everyone for one last run may have been justified. But the offseason deals sol far haven't work as of yet hense the retolll was warranted. 😢
