  1. I think it’s safe to say that if he doesn’t win it, I think all of us sharks fan should riot

  2. That guy yelling at the draft knew what was up. He knew Celebrini would be a stud. This young man is the real deal. When Cole Caufield scored on him with that move, you could see something in Celebrini's eyes. I'm telling you he won't let that happen again and he is no loser. He will be captain AND a 100 point player next year, and have one of the highest takeaway stats. Will Smith and Eklund will be right there with him.

  3. I swear to god if we don’t get him some help, I won’t blame him for wanting to leave. Why tf did we let Walman go. He was amazing for us. Grier is doing way too much.

  4. Nice analysis Brodie, this kid is the real deal and he will eventually wear the C with pride just like several of our great former captains like Owen Nolan, Joe Thornton, Joe Pavelski and Logan Couture. Keep up the great work Brodie!

  5. Nice seeing some of Brodie's Sharks work pop up in my recommendations. I might have to start following the Sharks as my second team! Seems like an exciting young team.

  6. While I agree, of course, I feel like our push to try so heavily to raise a voice for a ROY of the year award is….kinda pathetic.

I'm fairly certain everyone around the league, even casual viewers, see that he's by FAR the frontrunner to win. I don't know anyone that isn't a MASSIVE fanboy of their own 2nd place candidate that thinks their guy should win. But every neutral party knows Macklin is the best rookie in the league. Stats or not. Film or not. There's no reason he shouldn't win, and us as a fanbase begging for it with a silly nickname that won't last more than one year just sounds….desperate….begging….sad. We should be hyping him up as an MVP in a few years, not as a ROY.
