1) Kevyn Adams gets fired.
2 thru 5) See #1.
Of course buffalos most valuable asset is injured at deadline time. I have zero expectations from adams. We all know he's not gonna do anything. Zucker for a 1st is a must in my opinion. I'll be beyond disappointed if they decide to keep him and sign him

The fact that Joki is the only “healthy” Sabres player not dressed for a game the night before the Trade Deadline, tells me all I need to know about the moves Adams will be making tomorrow.
1. Joker + 3rd round pick for 1st round pick
He's being traded but I don't think he will bring us a 1st alone, so we have to sweeten the deal
2. Samuelsson + 4th round pick for a 1st round pick
I don't know why, but there's been a lot of interest in Samuelsson, so trade him because replacements Novikov and R. Johnson are better than him.
3. Zucker + 2026 3rd round pick for Mittelstadt, Colorado retaining $1.75 million
Colorado is not happy with Mitts. IMO, Mitts @ $4 million is a good deal.
4. Rosen to Pittsburgh for their 1st round pick, top 5 protected
The Penguins are looking for a player ready to step into the NHL. They've asked about Rosen. Buffalo has too many prospects about ready to join the NHL so drafting a new prospect with Pittsburgh's 2025 or 2026 first round pick will help spread out the prospect pool over more years.
5. Byram, Quinn for Brandt Clarke
L.A. and Clarke are sort of at odds with each other. Buffalo sends LD and gets RD in return. Quinn is a sweetener. Maybe a change in scenery will be just what Quinn needs.

The issue I have with Joe is he just has really bad takes. I do like his show, but when he says things like he likes Peyton Krebs, who is dog water, he thinks we should trade for yet another offensive defenseman, which is literally what our problem is because we don’t have defense we have a bunch of offensive defenseman and two subpar defensive defenseman Trade another offensive defenseman that’s what got us into this issue. you want one or two not four or six isn’t tough enough Smart enough and it’s not even a team they don’t play together at all. They’re a bunch of young kids who wanna make it in the NHL so they just do their best individually but as a team they are garbage it’s pathetic and they don’t even protect each other. also, Loukinen is a goalie that you want on your team as long as you have another goalie that can go 50-50 with him. I don’t care what he says about playing a lot of games every goalie you’ll ever meet says that because they want to eliminate the competition of the other goaltender you don’t actually let them it takes upl 10 games to get good what’s happening in the other eight or nine games that just tells me he knows he’s not a good goalie because a good consistent goalie doesn’t need to play for 8 to 10 games before they get at their peak and man he is not always starter material and it’s showing bad this year
I am 100% listening to offers for JJ but these Ranger rumors are scary. The only guy that would interest me on their roster is Braden Schneider. But he’s a right shot d-man who “may” develop into a top 4 d-man. If I’m trading JJ, I want a guy who “is” a top 4 d-man.
