  1. I just want to give Jason his flowers. I'm from Puerto Rico. Never in my life have I heard of the sport of hockey till 2010 when I moved to Philadelphia from Puerto Rico. Consider myself huge Philadelphia sports fan. I've learned so much when it comes to hockey from Jason understanding the sport In General. And I find myself for the past 5 out the 15 years in Philadelphia way more into hockey then ever before.Best wishes on your mission GBU brother 🤘🏻

  2. Don't let the haters bring you down Myrts. Half of this fan base are clowns who know nothing about hockey other than the Flyers have not won since the 70's and they are just here to bitch about it. Circumstances and logic be damned often enough. The frustration is on one hand very understandable, we are starving for great hockey. However it is incredibly tough to deal with the toxic nonsense and complete lack of patience and understanding of the situation the franchise finds itself in.
Anyway keep up the great work. You, Bill, and Brian are all awesome to listen to and I enjoy every single episode of Flyers Daily. It's how I prefer to start my morning 🙂. It was good to see you in good spirits and bringing the same energy as always to this episode. I have been, and will continue to pray for you and your family, God bless ❤

  3. You sound great Jason-Keep grinding! Better days for us and the Flyers are ahead. Just takes patience and time.

  4. I understand a rebuild, but what drives me crazy, is that season where they fired AV and then we had Mike Yeo and again that was the message. Lets see what we have. It was a whole roster of kids and they were awful. That's like 4-5 years ago? So here we are 4-5 years later no closer to knowing what we have? Those were all draft picks, they were and are awful. Coots might be the top faceoff guy, but he needed to win the draw against Jersey to give them a chance to win and he lost it. Your Captain needs to win that draw to give you a chance. I just don't see it with him. They have openly said they will not sign free agents. The team needs to improve a little each year, isn't that part of the development of the young players in the line up now? They need to understand what a playoff push looking and feels like and what it's like to play playoff hockey. If I hear another fan say, tank for a pick I'm gonna scream!

  5. Hello Jason, after the last 4 games I was also frustrated…and I let myself be carried away and wrote that the management has done nothing since 2010…THAT WASN'T CORRECT!!! (that has to be said) I have been an ice hockey and flyers fan since the late 70s!! But more importantly, your health is improving!!!! Forget those damn haters!!! As always, great work, best wishes to you 🏒🏒 flyers go!!!

  6. You are worried about division amongst fans, while I’m worried about actually winning. We are not the same.

  7. Thanks Jason well said. I dont think a 1C will all of a sudden make this team a contender. That being said what do you think are other positions that need upgraded? Personally I think some size could go a long way, also a proper quarter back for the powerplay (whether that be a Winger, D, 2C I dont know). Thanks for you time.

  8. Great words about the fanbase and how healthy debate has been lost esp online, Jason. I find it much more enjoyable to discuss my teams with people face to face as it is much more respectful.

  9. Jason you are an inspiration. Stay strong. I just ignore comments from people who are afraid to use their real name. Prolly not really part of the Flyers nation. If Flyers media could turned off comments it wouldn’t bother me a bit

  10. I’m hoping that more of the Flyers fan base realizes that if we don’t spend a lot of cash on free agents this summer we can make an honest bid at next summer’s unrestricted free agent shiny toy. Imagine a power play with Michkov and Conner McDavid

  11. Lookin' good, Jason. Hope you're feeling alright.
Now, we as fans all want the same thing, we just all might differ on how to get there.

I don't know exactly how to make a hockey team good, but i can tell you how to make a team bad.
Trading players and picks over and over for a first round playoff exit, draft 15th, and repeat from 2012 forward.

What they're doing now has a much better chance of working than always going for it, knowing full well that you just don't have the talent.

Take care of yourself, my dude ❤

  12. People forgot Danny B said last summer and fall Flyers may take a step backwards this season, he was not looking to make the post season they are rebuilding and maybe two years awaw from competing

  13. I agree with your assessment of DB. I read elsewhere that today is the second anniversary of him being GM. That is not a long time when you consider the absolute mess he inherited

  14. Being strong though tough times is sometimes hard, being a fan is a tough job my brothers and sisters we shall over come together Go Flyers Go. 😊

  15. Can we ask 1 thing….
How is this years draft class?
Is it filled with talent or weak?
