  1. This team is where they should have been all year. Hope they get a quality prospect in the draft and fire Rocky Thompson in the offseason

  2. Fire Torts.
At this point the players aren't listening to him anymore.
I don't know who to hire, that's Jones and Briere's JOB to do.
What I do know Jason is this team as it stands right now has next to nothing in talent (except Michkov and TK and Tippet, and they seem to have forgotten how to score.)
I'm tired of Torts, his benching, his temper and his assistant coaches who can't even figure out the PP.
Call me Neanderthal if you must, but I know Torts tenure as HC must be over with after this season is mercifully over.

    Btw, hope you're feeling better.

  3. Keep the tank rolling at this point just get Michkov 10 more points and we are good!

  4. When players check out on a coach they don’t play hard for a pronounced period of time. That certainly has not been the case with how hard the team is playing so I will disagree with that assessment. Thx for the well wishes. Cheers.

  5. Definitely wasn't due to a lack of effort last night in Tampa. We're just overmatched in most games right now. I like what Abols brings, although I guess his age is against him to be a Flyer beyond this season? Fun fact, his dad, Artis Abols, was playing a season for my hometown team (Odense Bulldogs) in the Danish league back in the late 90'ies. Back then with the dad of Frederik Andersen as our goalie!

  6. Hey Jason, big fan of the podcast! Great way to start the day.

I’ve heard the talk about the Flyers having a goaltending problem, but I see it differently. Our goalies are showing real talent and heart—sure, they have off games, but they’re keeping us in most of them. The issue seems to be on offense, and even some defensive breakdown—no goalie can win a game 0-0, right? I’m not an expert analyst by any means, but just wanted to share my take. You rock man, keep up the great work!

  7. Nice episode, keep it up!! Not sure if this has come up in a recent episode but hypothetically what potential 2025 draftee excites you the most? If we draft at 4 or 5, let's say Misa goes #1 (not assured, but seems possible) … do we move up to 3 to select one of Schaefer or Hagens to fill a 1D or 1C slot? Do we stay put and draft Martone at 4? Are we happy with who is left at 5, assuming those are picks 1 through 4 and we stay put?

  8. The Flyers are one the team Who Works much harder in the NHL thats mean the guys want to Play for Torteralla 🏒🤔

  9. I was wrong, Flyers didn't have their annual overachieving winning streak so far, they are having their, this is what we are, a no talent team with 1 player who has talent but will never be better than Bedard.

  10. At no point in this season have the flyers been outside the top 10 worst teams in the league. Yet I’ve heard you and a lot of others talk playoffs for 60 games. Now it’s o we knew it all along. Really disingenuous
