    with 16 games left , a 3 game cushion is too easy to lose therefore this is a must win.

    Guys – correct me it I’m wrong, but the Sens haven’t been ‘fully loaded’/ healthy in any of the previous Habs games this year.

    Actually, the 2 teams closest to each other in the league are the rangers and the devils. I think it's something like 35 miles from MSG to the devils stadium

    L4 has been defensively sound with Gaudette only being scored on 5 times since Jan 1st. 2 of those goals have come in the last 4 games — since Zett was added to their line. I have my fingers crossed that tonight is the night that L4 connects and scores a goal with it's great offensive weapons, as you guys pointed out they out gun their counterparts on the habs, but I'm worried that they're going to get a tough matchup against the home team. Both of the goals scored against them were in away games where Green couldn't match them the way he wants.

    I was a Nordiques fan. I switched to the Sens in 1995. I grew up in Gatineau. But I would consider myself bilingual. I had both languages in my family.

    I hate when people resort to rent free or anything personal when trying to take swings at our fanbase. I don't understand why they can't stick to straight up just talking shit about the team. I don't mean to sound like an old man, but I see that too much with younger fans. I still can't stand leaf fans more than Habs fans

    If we win tonight that'll put us in such a good spot in that first wildcard. Even better if the out of town scoreboard is in our favour tonight as well. As of now the closest team behind us the Rangers with 72 points would have to win 3 games in a row but we also have 2 games in hand on them.     The battle of Ontario is a snooze fest. I'd consider the Habs and RedWings as the Sens biggest rivals fueled by similar rebuilds at the same time

    I'm so ready to get roasted for this hot take, but my family are habs fans…. and I'd love to see em both make the playoffs this year. Hope it goes into OT. Sens win = 99.997% chance of making playoffs (not bad) Habs win = maybe they get in as well (win win) I need somebody to root for besides Brady's brother and the Rat pack this year.

    the former Nordique fans from the Vermont area are all habs fans now from what I know. (we have a large french canadien population here. Half my family is 2nd gen frogs lost in vermont)

    This is definitely a HUGE game. Not only for more points towards a playoff spot, but also the 1st team to defeat all original 6 teams in sequence since 1954.
