Carlo is so humble, he doesn't really fit in with this greedy group. The core 4 should take a page from him. Play for the crest, not the name tag. Leaf pride has been missing for 30 years. Get players who want to be here (Clark, Gilmour, Sundin etc). Not just for a higher paycheck.
