Biggest positive out of this game for the hawks was definitely special teams, scored on the power play and were 4/4 on the PK. They finally went a game without giving up a goal on the pp lol.
Idk, seems to me that cbj was just slow for 2/3 of the game. Hate seeing us lose in ot but oh well. Also elvis needs alot more work to be a decent goalie.
As a Hawks fan, I lowkeye like putting Lehner in net more than Crawford. But with that being said, I am ok with getting a W no matter who is goalie. Lets Go Hawks! Also, Kane is a point machine.
We’ve got the offense to beat anyone. The defense is lacking, but with goal tending like that they’re serious playoff contenders. Long season to go though.
Looks like Merzlikins trained like 24/7 every day and only 1 goal was his fault this time last one was saveable but defence shouldve have that first one was unstoppable 2nd goal Merzlikins needed to glove that but lots of improvement from last game if he continues like this after 3 years next Bobrovsky ?
I'm a big Robin L.fan,I think going forward he should get more playing time.personally I think he's better than Corey Crawford in Nets….and he's even tougher in the playoffs.i think the Islanders got rid of the wrong goalie, I'd take Robin I've Tomas anyday .hey Hawk fans.yous picked up a real winner in Robin.

I've seen Foligno's goal count numerous times, called as continuous motion into the net. That was not a good call.
Hawks are a defensive tire fire, Robin was the only reason they won, should’ve lost at least 5-2
