  1. You left out Hall and Stankoven. They are essential pieces to the roster now. If Hall stays healthy he is going to have a monster playoffs.

  2. Honest take. I think the farthest they go is the 2nd Round. This team is not as loaded as they were last year, but next year is going to be interesting. They have Nikishkin coming over and around $35M in cap space.

  3. This year won't be our year… We need a few tweaks that should happen this offseason with Nikishin and (likely) Morrow coming in on the blue line, and the 37M we have in cap space… Need to address center depth, a scoring forward, and figure something out at goalie… We are a good (young) team, but I think our window truly opens next year..

  4. Sorry I say no unless Freddie can get over the playoff hump (still possible) but I don’t think he does sorry canes fans

  5. The last couple years the play-offs have been dissapointing, especially with what kind of lineup we had last year. This year wasn't supposed to be this year, however Canes again found themselves at the edge of the question "is this the year?" I do, once again, believe this can be it, however, i am not that excited nor hoping for the cup, as there is a lot of good stuff coming in next season, so this season could be a nice starter to whats coming. A lot of cap space to work and get elite goal scorer and golatender with, Alexander "boom" Nikishin (arguably the best defenseman outside of NHL, at the age of 23), the whole squad is gonna get younger, so next couple of seasons are the ones the SC could, or even should go Canes' way. For now, it seems it will be exciting couple of season for canes fans.

  6. Rods coaching style will always do two things, create really good defensive teams and create low ass scoring teams , high end scorers run from this team , 2 seasons in a row they traded for and promptly lost 40 plus goal scorers .

  7. Nope its time to stop hypin them up they are failures every year. Just like the stars this year last chance for him. cant make it to the final im done believing you and ppl need to stop hyping this bum

  8. everyone wants "hate" in the NHL playoffs… Have we ever even tried a series where the teams love each other?

  9. I cheer for the Canes come playoff time for multiple reasons. Being a Wings fan and the classic right side C and A, I like how the Canes black jerseys do that. I also like the shade of redin their other jerseys – reminds me of Detroit but its not quiteas niceof a shade of red. I liketheir goalies, the Staals, their defence and players like Aho and Jarvis. Cool that the Canes have Stankoven now, although I was very excited about Raantanen with Aho. Ah well, go Canes, except for when they play Detroit!

  10. Going in, us Canes fans knew we would be taking several steps back this season. That we have done as well as we have is great, for the Canes the cup window is far, far FAR from closing. Aho, Svech, Jarvis, and Slavin are all relatively young players and we have lots of cap space, draft, capital, and a stocked pipeline for the next couple years!

  11. I don't even have to watch the video to answer the title of the video. It's a simple no.

  12. I think like with Colorado before 2022, people have soured on their ability to break through in the playoffs.

They are more than capable to win the Cup, but until they do the doubt will stick with them.

  13. Id love for taylor hall to lift the cup. But florida is too much and tampa is my 2nd choice also too much for carolina but i think unless something crazy happens its florida out the east. The west depends on how the teams line up and who does or doesnt show up cough cough hellybuck. Fffff i forgot bout the caps. Idk how good they actually are. I guess ill default them to my 3rd team in the east for cup final.

  14. I don’t think so because they would first have to not get swept in the conference finals and whoever they meet there will not be messing around.

And there you go with the Edmonton disrespect again it’s getting annoying and ridiculous.

  15. Could you make a video about Jordan Staal and the arguments for and against him being a Hall of Famer?

  16. I think Carolina could pull it off, not that I think they will, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.

I’d just like to thank you for respecting our time as viewers and not lingering on with tedious pleas for likes and subscriptions and whatever other fluff other channels inject into their content.
