Anyone reading the torts quote as anything other than "it sucks to lose, we didn't plan to lose, we don't want to be where we are right now and I'm not sacrificing methods I know work because this sorry ass team can't score goals" is just so disingenuous. A month ago, our fans were freaking out cause we weren't tanking hard enough. Then last two weeks we were mad that we were losing. Now we're celebrating a guy getting canned and we're about to suffer the post-firing bounce every team gets. We'll use this to say we were right about torts all along and they'll win 5 of the last 9, lose our top 5 pick, and then shit the bed again next year with a bottom 10 finish. We Flyers fans deserve the hell we've built for ourselves.
