Maurice has to do his job and get control of this team. They are spiraling down. No one besides Barkov was noticeable today. That is how bad they are. Jones should not be on the first line. Verhaeghe needs to stop doing anything. Reinhart looks like he would rather be somewhere else. Defense is lost. Penalty kill is lost. These past several months have been hard to watch. They won't get Ekblad back until game 3. Who knows about Tkachuk. Third line is just awful. Fourth line doesn't do anything. The offensive system is just cycling pucks non-stop for three hours for a shot on goal right into the chest of the goalie. Scoring 1-2 goals a game is just bad with the skill level on paper, the system just hinders them from doing anything. Cycle below the net, move to the front with 5 people there, shoot, blocked, repeat. Getting tired of wasting 3 hours a day for that.
While it sucks to lose, I’m going to take a page from Tampa Bay in years past and just say eh whatever. People need to relax and realize that the Panthers are missing 3 important players. I would like to ask this if there can be some line changes like you mentioned Jaws. Anyways April is a good month for the Panthers (keep that in mind for later). On to the April Fools game lol
Not like we haven't seen this show before. Cats don't care if they win the Atlantic or if they finish 3rd. But they will care when they don't have home ice unless its a fluke miracle of the 8th seed and cats potentially making the ecf. I'd rather see them care about winning at home and getting the division locked down. But that plan went away with chucky and ekblad out. Either way go cats and if teams want to start blocking shots….let er rip. Go Cats

id like to hope the playoffs will be good but this last month has been almost unwatchable
We lost even more games in march and got swept by Boston in the regular season last year when we had a healthier/stronger roster. They’ve played more hockey than anyone else the last few years, they’re injured and we know they sometimes coast to save energy for the playoffs. We saw them do this last year but I guess everyone forgot about it ?
It’s very simple they aren’t going to win the cup or even make the finals every year. And that doesn’t mean they suck or don’t care.
Shallow playoff run this year, so pick your contingency team to root for….
