I hope that this year, my two boys will be able to experience what the playoffs are like in Montreal. I'm not talking about the Stanley Cup. Just experiencing the first round would be a great gift from the hockey Gods. How many games do we need to win by the end of the season?
Im so excited for the young Canadiens team. They really showed the desire to want to win. Getting that 3rd goal really helped. The refs at the end sucked even more than normal. Go Habs, Go!! 🇨🇦

I think generally, the standard for referee has gone up, but this was an easy obstruction call. They're all watching the same spot amd can clearly see what happened.

As appreciative as Habs fans are for this win, coupled with another loss by the NY Laviolettes, they need to make things a little easier on themselves with some early-game goals. Relying on third-period scoring is exciting but earlier scoring could take some of the pressure off. In their last five wins, Montreal has totaled 3 goals in the 1P, 3 goals in the 2P, and 13 goals in the 3P. Just an observation…
