Who giving anything for krieder mabey at TD for a run a team would roll the dice , his value is all time low . Mabey if you bundle kreider Lafrenirre and K miller together or something you might get a half decent guy back , I just dont see anyone knocking down doors to get our gutless wimp players.
honest question: do you think it was more an issue of the team regressing after last year, or were we overachieving expectations last year? I came into this year thinking this was our year but if i am honest my expectations were too high when i look at the metrics from last year and how bad our 5v5 numbers were. I think trading Kreider is the right move. We have to give his ice time to a younger player who needs to come ion and fill the hole becaus ehe can't do it anymore.

Right now trades are not the issue. It's not just Kreider or a couple of players who have had a bad season but several of them. It's evident to me that the relationship between the GM/Coach & the team has been fractured. Messier commented on ABC that when the Habs won in overtime the team was ecstatic in celebrating, whereas when Rangers beat the Wild in OT the response was underwhelming in his view. He commented there is no light there & I don't know why. So Rangers should hire Messier to find out why & do something about it. Trades have been made for better or worse & that has not solved the problem.

Soft Kreider has always played not to get hurt. When's the last time he delivered a big hit or got into a fight. I can't even remember him ever fighting.

I think it’s more about the kids than him. Granted it’s a down year. But you are never going to see full Laf, Gabe, Brett or figure it out without consistent top 9 mins.
We must win tomorrow night or I’ll want Kane and Tarasenko back this offseason for sure. What I’m saying is win tomorrow. Will we even either score a goal tomorrow or get a point in the standings, let alone win? I’m just curious. It’s not just about me wanting Kane and Tarasenko back, but almost every time that I say this, our boys score goals.
