How often do you hear a pro athlete say a coach is "unreal"? Brad Shaw seems like someone you don't want to lose in this transition. Not sure if he's a good HC candidate or if you lose his defensive teaching in that scenario, but Danny wants a teacher and he seems to be a good one, interesting.

When we look at defensemen on playoff teams, the best are typically big, tough and gritty. York, Drysdale and Zamula are the complete opposite. They are small, soft and tame. Our defense was not hard to play against many games for this reason. Need more like Seeler and Risto! Let's give Hunter McDonald a shot. He epitomizes the Flyer mold.
