I'll give Quinton Byfield credit for that bonkers goal.
Onward to Utah tomorrow.
Haha
“ Kings are contenders “ 😂
Always greats to see the kings lose especially on their home ice
Yah. Kings wont make it past Edmonton, for like the 5th year in a row. 😆
VGK💪🏆
LOL, that Byfiled onehanded goal he performed such an obvious holding the stick penalty its not even funny how the refs are not calling stuff. And Im a Kings fan…
Hey @sportsnet how about not putting spoilers of final scores in the description???
1:44 The Quinton Byfield goal was impressive even if he committed a penalty himself to do it.
Hockey is the one sport where there should be unlimited challenges of everything because it can always be a 2 min delay of game when wrong and that is such a simple way to allow it.
To not allow a challenge for that makes a mockery of the league.
"No Challenges for Uncalled Penalties:
Coaches cannot challenge an uncalled penalty; the focus is on reviewing plays that have already been ruled on by the officials. "
Please bring in enough camera angles and robot refs / umpires to help solve this also. The longer humans exist the more I want robots to replace us in the vast majority of jobs.
There was an NHL playoff game "NHL Game 6 Highlights | Stars vs. Avalanche – May 17, 2024" where a goal was called a no goal and it was reviewed and they got the call wrong AGAIN. That was a game 6 playoff game.
1:44 Daccord was robbed of his shutout because they missed the penalty on Byfield.
If I was the Kraken head coach, I would run my mouth at the league.
I hope the Oilers beat the Kings again
