Would hate to see a long time Ranger like Kreider go, but the way forward is with the young players coming up. If he must go, I'd rather get prospects than picks.
I guess I'm ok with JT, Zib, and Bread staying. Keeping Zib on the wing instead of center will help.
I think I'd rather keep Jones and deal Vaakanainen. Granted, neither is going to be a top D-man. I just think Jones is a little bit better.
Keeping Schneider & Borgen is also OK. Like you said neither is a top line guy. That being said, we still need blue line help top to bottom, so these guys will help I think.
Agree on K'Miller, we need to trade him. The question is: who will want him??

They need to play Cuyle, Berard, Perrault in top 9.
Lafrenière huge disappointment , Kreider done and dusted. Mika is questionable but he’s too comfortable needs a different coach and a different role outside of #1 anything.
They need another center to play 2nd line so Vinny can play where he should as 3rd line center.
They also need a puck moving D man they only have Fox and he hasn’t come back to before injury level.
Overall they need more speed and more consistent physicality
Theres only 5-6 players on this team that arent tradable, this needs to blown up, problem is Drury isnt the guy to do it.
Rangers were set up for long term success, but Tradind 5 first Round pick for a shot at the cup for a team that everyone knew was way ahead of development in Gallants first year has screwed up this team so bad its unimaginable,
From 1966 to 1975 Francis built the Rangers into a legit power house.

Drury screwed this up in 4yrs
Rangers need to find the right GM and coach.
D needs a major overhaul next season and that is both needed and just a start.
For me I wouldn’t mind moving several “roster” players this off-season. Key and Kreider isn’t enough. Not crazy about paying a goalie 11.5 mil to be the back-bone of a “rebuild” level team isn’t ideal. BUT NYR likes handing out NMC. So not so much they can do. Laffy and Shesty is movable at least a possibility. Let’s face it, we like a cursed team. That just loves fumbling everything they do.
