Even IF 🐻 were to land #1 OA pick…. Sweeney would still go with local college kid. If they could get either Misa, Martone, Desnoyers, Frondell or O’Brien would consider a good 🐻 draft! But, we know the outcome…local kid or OFF THE BOARD….😏🐻
Misa will not be available, but he would be my #1. I'm not really worried about missing out on him. Every team in the top 10 is going to get a real stud prospect. It's a great draft.

Yeah but with the bruins history, they focus should be on retaining their high(er) picks. What happened to Throton, Seguin, Kessel, and Hamilton? And if they continue to overpay for a few more long-term contracts, they wouldn't even be able to afford to resign a higher pick when they are up…all the monies will be locked up with a few million to buy off the heap. 😝

As someone who follows the draft very closely, this draft is not good and there is a huge drop off in talent after 8 overall so as long as the Bruins get in that range, they’ll get a really good player
