( practice /meditation ),
40% health ( diet/well being)
20% spirituality / prayer

Meditation I mean mentally going through the movements, putting into visuals our job on the ice, trying to predict how to react in unexpected circumstances etc.
By well being I mean how well are they feeling, are they going through injuries, are they well rested, are they going through anything at home, and hormonal balance.
Spirituality could mean rituals like Tom Brady's ex wife used to do, using crystals and reiki, trying to keep chakras aligned, or it could simply mean prayer and positive affirmations even.
