  1. The Senators are like the Panthers in the 2023 season, they came in with low/no expectations and have no pressure of anyone expecting them to win.

The Leafs have a lengthy history of buckling under pressure from the fans. Because they are Atlantic Division Champs, they are expected to win this series and the core 4 have a history of disappearing in the playoffs.

With that said, Sens in 6

  2. Sens could win but Vegas is clear. That’s with Vegas taking into considering the amount of leafs Homer bets. Those who know how sports books make odds understand. Real odds would pay 3-1.

  3. Love the guys but this ‘preview’ is emblematic of Leaf fans total ignorance of the Sens (who are also one of the hottest teams since Feb). A Leafs series loss is most definitely a possibility.

  4. 3:32 this really does feel so much like 2021 to me. The Leafs are better. The Leafs should obviously win. They won their division. Yes, some things have changed in the past 4 years. Different coach. Different GM. Different defense. Different goalies. Same core. I can't allow myself to have confidence in the Leafs because it almost always bites me in the butt. If they win, that's great. If they lose, I won't be surprised.

  5. I believe in momentum. The year the bruins ran over the league Florida was on a hot streak going into the playoffs. They road that to the final. Montreal has been hot and people believe they can upset the caps (why not). The leafs have been the hottest in the NHL (at least last 10). They normally limp into the playoffs with a powerplay falling apart. The powerplay finally got better at the end of the year. The pk has been mid to low. The sens are not a team that goes away easily. Ullmark to me is a question mark, he was not the goalie that made a difference in the last two series in the playoffs for Boston. Swayman was the better goalie. I expect 7 games and a tight series.

  6. The Leafs likely win, but i wanna see what Tkachuk, Stutzle, Batherson, Pinto, Greig , Sanderson and Chabot can do in the playoffs as they're still young and should improve year over year

  7. Leafs in 7 would be cathartic but I think that they will get it done in 6. Mind you, I have said that several times before…

  8. Leaf fans get out and vote for Conservatives, need you to get the country back on track. Carney will bankrupt the country.

  9. In hockey usually the team that works and hustles the hardest will often get a bounce their way, it's those critical 50/50 takeaways that can turn the game in your favor.

  10. Love the Hell's Bells reference and they all probably didn't know it's the Sens opening theme song to start every game. Sens in 7. Tongue 😛
