i believe carolinas depth will be too much for the devils overall…close games and canes in 5-6 …goaltending is carolinas issue..if its good they win..we'll see which netminders show up…

Jersey is going to surprise everyone and blow out the Canes. And I have a feeling it’s going to be an exciting and physical series. Jersey DOES play a lot of matinee games and have better special teams – just as long as their depth players show up and prove their value

Canes aren't under a lot of pressure. This was supposed to be a rebuild/reload year. If they managed to get to the ECF it will be a tribute to their crazy work ethic. This team is full of scrappers. I don't think it's enough for a deep run, but people have gotten used to them being good so the usual braindead "Carolina can't get it done" memes will resurface whenever they bow out.

What I like about the single flag jersey is the Triangle behind the flag. Representative of "the Triangle" region that Raleigh is part of (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill).

Got the Hurricanes in 5, Devils goal this year was to just make the playoffs to be a playoff team more consistently, while Carolina is at full throttle but needs this. I think New Jersey takes game 1 because of not having pressure, but Carolina figures things out and sweeps from there due to how poor the devils play without Jonas Siegenthaler and Jack Huges.
