10:04 Honestly I get the vibe that Charlie Jacobs doesn't understand that the average Bruins fan are not rich when he expresses how shocked he is by the fans calling him on that. Yes yes Original Six team a lot of prestige and blah blah blah but this is a team that hasn't won a cup despite making it to playoffs and ticketmaster has a NASTY habit of gouging a lot of the prices.
To me it just reads off as ignorance on his part because sure, some of us are willing to pay for the tickets but at the same time it's a pretty good way to lose sales if the team isn't going to playoffs for the next couple of years and that's also considering that tickets for some of the other teams actually cost less.
I wouldn't trust Sweeney to build a dog house much less a new hockey team.
It's in the Jacob's DNA to only care about profits. I know it's impossible, but the best thing for the Bruins fans would be to fire the owners. From the Harry Sinden days remember the construction workers writing on the girder "pay Ray". To the current Bruins. Sweeney and Neely's in order to keep their jobs main, their concern was to make the playoffs. Because it's more money to the Jacobs family. Even though it was obvious to most fans to rebuild. It will be the same thing in the future. I wish the fans could fire the owners!

It's a ReBuild. They trade veterans for picks, and trade draft players that they already developed for draft picks that they will have to develop. Plus their holding onto players that seem like will never develop. Example: Lysell. How many years has he been in Providence. He came up for under 5 games and finally scored 1 goal.
Manager sucks and Charlie Jacobs is kissing ass to them too. If I was Jacob’s the owner, I would let all of them go. You can’t get rid of Charlie cause that’s his father, but the other two Neely and Sweeney is gone. That’s your worst you’re not making the playoffs next year again until they’re there.

OK. We know Neely and Sweeney are still in charge. We all have spewed angst and it will continue. Now look forward to what a possible A+ offseason could look for Spoked-B? Need a top coach, a top 3-7 draft pick and FA? Can we start looking forward and NOT back to 2015 draft! It’s about as old as many don’t like hearing how some of us older fans have seen 3 Cups in our lifetime too! Or how about the two GMs that traded Joe Thornton and Tyler Seguin respectively? The constant negativity is NOT going to change the current narrative. Pick the best available coach, draft pick(s), and FA players. Go with it and after next season…more changes will probably happen!
