@Capitals de Washington

  1. I'm a habs fan through and through but I'm a huge fan of Logan Thompson. It sucks to see him injured again. He really is a top Canadian goaltender who just has such bad luck. Really hoping he recovers quickly and is able to have a great career going forward.

  2. I'm a Caps fan and I have to say I'm impressed by Montreal. I will wait until the series is over to say if I like them. But hey, they sure responded!

  3. Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of bench clearing fights, I’ve never seen a bench entering fight.

  4. Ah you've got it wrong. It did not start with Xhekaj and Wilson chirping at each other. It started in the context of a Washington defender slashing his own goalie in the face just after the 3rd MTL goal and the refs putting the blame on Suzuki and every Caps thus thinking Ref was right. In the following seconds all the Habs are on their way to the exit and so is Dobes from the other end but then those Caps decided collectively to become the biggest morons in the league by blocking Dobes – who had just replaced an injured Monty- from reaching the exit, that's when Xhekaj intervened cause that was the biggest collective dick move of the year and it cannot be allowed. What ensued is all on them for it.

  5. Habs fan, but i seriously hope Thompson is going to be alright. Looked really scary

  6. Man, Thompson had a rough night. Gallagher’s slapshot almost took his head off. His own d-man clobbered him over the head. And then that crazy cross-check.

  7. just glossing over the fact that the bell center was booing and chanting "logan" while he was being carried off the ice, unquestionably montreal was the better team and deserved the win but cheering for injuries is straight up classless

  8. Love or hate the Habs, you WANT them in the playoffs. It's just good business for the league and any sports networks broadcasting their games.

  9. how do you feel about panarins allegations? nyr have completely become a basement team over the season and the allegation could cause panarin to drop in production or even get a suspension

  10. Love how Habs fans are trying to paint The Caps as a dirty team, yet they're more than happy and content to boo Thompson as he gets injured and then defend the behavior online. So who's the real dirty ones here.

  11. Guys will sacrifice the body blocking shots for their goalie, but strome won't even let go of his stick when running his goalie.

  12. Was in the Bell centre for this game and the atmosphere was absolutely unbelievable. I know the Habs benefit from Thompson being out but i really hope he recovers, that was a terrifying hit.

  13. Just saw Thompson was on the ice during practice so will see if we plays tonight. GO HABS GO.

  14. I've been watching the Habs since the early 70's. THIS game was a classic. If Habs win the series it will be remembered as the KEY game !

  15. Caps are the big brother who kept picking on their little brother. The little bro finally hit hem back and then big bro wonders why.

  16. Respect to the ref for getting tangled up in that mess, going down with them and coming back up still in the middle trying to break it up😂

  17. From the way Carbery talks about Montreal, i wouldnt be surprised if he ends up coaching the Canadiens should St-Louis ever get the boot

  18. Love that John Leonard and Lane Hutson were just staying out of the way, but holding hands. Would've been hilarious (since they're former teammates on Team USA) if they skated out to the middle of the ice, threw off the gloves, and then….started playing "Rock, Paper, Scissors."
