tho i'm disapointed our playoff run ended today, i can't stop feeling so proud for our boys. Just a few months ago we we're bottom of the standings, but through grit and determination, they pulled themselves all the way to clinch a playoff spot. Very proud of the management too with how they handled this rebuild. It's been a long time since i've been this excited and engaged by our group of players, present and future alike.
Both teams have a lot of great talents in their formation, but in the end i think one thing the Caps had that the Habs lacked was experience. They clearly knows how to play playoff hockey. Many of our best talents (Slaf, Demidov, Hudson) just got their first playoff experience very early in their career and that's gonna be very good for the future. Super stoked for next season. Go Habs Go! and happy retirement to Savard.

Caps where superior in everthing, Big differene i goalies and for the Habs the one i did not get was Matheson , turnover after turnover, defensive instinct almost zero, passing to the opossition , they really should consider they should trading him asap for another this time solid experienced player , and hands down for Savard Stanley cup winner ,
