Thing I like to hear the most from a player is how he absolutely HATES losing. Mich is gonna be a superstar no doubt

He certainly earned 20 mins a night during his second half surge and only got 15 max. I think that's his rub with Torts, and it's justified. Learn by doing, not watching.

Man, once this kid starts to truly hit his stride, it’s going to be insane here. I love seeing that fire in his eyes when he talks about hating to lose and wanting minutes.

The communication issue can't be overstated enough, I'm glad he finds that a priority. Once he can communicate freely everyone will understand where they need to be to make whatever line he's on the most effective it can be. He's not satisfied and once he can communicate he can motivate his teammates as well. Good things ahead for this guy.

For his age, this kid has such a drive to excel. You can see from his body language how hard he is on himself. This kid is going to be a great veteran someday and is going to drive other players on the team to push themselves.
