I'll be honest, I love the way Ghost literally RUNS that power play from the backend. Dude is pointing out lanes, communicating, tapping his stick, see him making guys move and think faster. People forget that Ghost is Cale Makar's favorite player….
Additionally, Markstrom has always had the worst body language and never provides a shred of Leadership or accountability. You can almost feel him throwing someone else under the bus before the pucks go by him. NJ needs a stud in net (who doesn't), but not one with his temperament. They'd have been better suited going after Kuemper….
i honestly wish that wasn't called a penalty, i'm indifferent and don't follow either of the teams BUT….I just prefer not to see a series end like this 🙁

It wasn't the follow through. His follow through was complete, and he kept the stick up to defend himself against a guy moving towards him. Typical Devils play.
Even the commentators said it WAS follow through, but somehow all of the comment experts know better. It's like arguing Burns headbutt, everyone has seen it, commentators expected something to be done about it, and nothing was done. There are flavor teams, and that is it. Panthers are getting away with murder also with no calls. Cut the bullshit and say it that officiating has been terrible so far.
It should have been one not a double if your calling this than why not call all calls they are inconsistent even in the regular season how are you gonna let a guy headbutt and bloody people but a lil follow through you call its like the two interference that happened in one game after they suspended another player for the same or when they went to call an penalty just for another lines man to be like thats nothing play on after blowing like do your job or get injured and thats what happened to 3 or 4 refs in the first game's

If it didn't come back the other way, that's not a penalty, but it changes direction. That's where you have to control your stick, unfortunately.
