Can someone explain? I read 3.5 % chance. But they somehow were connected to ball #13 and it was only 14 balls. Didn't everyone within the 14 numbers have the same % then.. why only 14 balls? I wish I understood it.

This is honestly an awful system, abd a dumb way to do this. I hate lottery drafts its annoying. The nba sucks with theirs and this was worse which i didnt believe was possjble
How the team with the 4th worst record got screwed out of a top 5 pick is beyond stupid. First the rookie leader in goals isn't even considered for Rookie of the Year, next we fall to the 6th pick. Flyers got screwed…AGAIN!

This was great. Just skip the "making it official process" next time. No need to kill the excitement by waiting for a dude to double check a paper. Was plenty of time to make yourself 99.9% certain that everything was correct during the commercial break before drawing the last ball.

Both New York and Utah knew that they would be one-and-done if they made the playoffs, so they tanked to get into the lottery. Watch for more borderline playoffs teams to use this strategy in the future.
