———————————– https://www.facebook.com/sportsnet https://twitter.com/sportsnet https://www.instagram.com/sportsnet/ https://www.tiktok.com/@sportsnet ———————————– #nhl

  1. Come on, man! Do these guys not think about the other's wellbeing, and that they have families at home watching who care for them?

  2. When you see the replay Roy’s eyes are not even looking at Frederic’s face when he’s following through with the cross check. I think he’s trying to hit the puck. I refuse to believe anyone is brain dead enough to actually willingly cross check somebody in the face like that in a playoff overtime game. It’s not plausible

  3. MTL got 3 cross checks to the face in two games with zero minutes of penalties, be consistent NHL (I know it's not realistic)

  4. Would love to see Stone on the receiving end of something like that. Not sure what the sports betting rules are on bounties, but at least it wouldn't be a flop.

  5. Hey look the pucks near that guys head, freebee at a cross check to his face! – Roy's thought process.

  6. If you look at that hit seperately, it's clearly 5 minutes major penalty, and short suspension can even be discussed. The problem is… whatever suspension the league would give to Roy… there would be a problem of consistency in comparison to all the dirty stuff that the refs (and more generally the league) have let go since the end of reg season. [Sorry english is not my native language]

  7. No suspension for this is horrendous. Yeah sure they fined Roy the maximum allowed ($7812.50), but that's like chump change to these players. Meanwhile the Knights fans are bitching about that missed call and trying to say it was boarding when it was actually tripping. Shoulda been called sure but nowhere NEAR as bad as this.

I'm not even an Oilers fan. This is just an absolute joke.
