  1. Kuzzy and petey had good chemistry together, I’d love to have that smile back in van

  2. That would be okay if you did not care about wins. Run and gun. But Kuzzy has gotten better. Still a liability defensively. Funny Torts said he is coachable. Get Petey scoring while we tank for McKenna. That would be swell.

  3. Bring Kuzmenko back to Vancouver this off season. Hope he clicks again with EP40. This guy is a Bure fan and actually loves playing for the Canucks since childhood. Trading him away for a rental has always been a mistake.

Saying "he is very bad defensively" is way overblown and fake news. I mean sure he won't be as good as 3rd or 4th line grinder type defensively, and probably never will be. But you don't get guys for top 6 to play overly defensive hockey, they are there to score. I mean sure if the guy is -30 or something then it isn't worth it, but this isn't Kuzmenko at all. He is +6 at 22 games with the Kings. He got 6 points in 6 games this playoffs. Going back, he was literally just -1 with the Canucks in the year he was traded. Those that kept saying Kuz really sucks at defense is being very unfair IMO.

  4. No. Kuzy was benched for half the series. Why? Because hes still a liability on deffence.

According to nhl website he has 6 points in 6 games and a -5.

  5. I’ve him a 2 x 1 and tell him to prove himself as a goal scorer who can be a consistent top 6. Put him and hoglander on peteys wing and get a 2C to play with debrusk and another top 6 winger

  6. People who don’t want him back, I urge you to look at peteys stats with and without kuzy. He wasn’t just a good fit on the ice, he was a good fit on the bench. They were constantly talking and smiling on the bench.

  7. Frack Petey, if the spoiled brat shows up out of shape I hope he gets bag skated for weeks. Even if he starts to actually act like a professional athlete, he has single handedly gutted the canucks immediate future. Anybody on the Petey bandwagon need to remove the rose colored glasses and demand that he stop being coddled by management. He wearing an A is an absolute insult to fans as he has the leadership skills of a toddler mid tantrum in a store.

  8. Good thing Generation Z Fanboys like yourself do not make the player decisions for the Canucks franchise! Soft teams will never contend for the Stanley Cup! While I liked Kuzey's positivity and humility, he was just a tap-in goal scorer who had a nose for the net. He was not a two-way hockey player and heavily relied on the time he was given on the PP to score many of his points. Rather than bringing Kuzey to Vancouver, send Petey to LA!

  9. My favorite Canucks Russians of all time are not mentioned in this video…. My favorite Canucks Russians will always be Pavel Burre and Igor Larrianov but I'm just an old man
