I guess starting Skinner makes a bit of sense to prevent Pickard from a serious injury before the next round? So Skinner maybe gets a lucky win tonight then u play him game 4 again? Maybe he closes the sweep but u rotate would have to rotate back to Pickard. He's not seriously injured he finished the game with the win. Hopefully this isn't the start of a sequence of bad management decisions like we've always seen from oilers management in the past.

Pickard is the Oilers best hope, this team has incredible firepower but still needs a stable goalie. Pickard is stable, Skinner is Not!

We're playing much better then 6 games ago. Much more tighter defensively, Stu will have an easier time of it. Just needs to play solid. Stu's been here before.😊

Stu is 6.11gaa vs Pic at 2.84gaa. Stu has .810 sv%…. but in reality a big issue has been how poorly the team often plays in front of Stu (& much better in front of Pics) so Stu is 0-2 while Pics is 6-0………. Will Oil fight for body positions….. or go soft as they like to do?
a win for Oil will effectively win team the series….. but a Vegas win makes it 2-1.

I’m praying that this time off has given skinner confidence to come back in strong. However Skinner in net still makes me more nervous than Pickard. The team just seems to play more confident in front of him. I really hope that knobs doesn’t keep Skinner in net when Pickard is healthy again.
