I'm 44. Been watching the Leafs religiously since I was 9. I've seen heartbreaking losses, like game 7 in Boston as you mentioned. But this was a team that just gave up. My poor dad has been watching the fellas a lot longer than me and he's always said that when the Leafs have two days off between games, they always play like garbage. Last night was not only proof of that, but it was accentuated in the brightest of highlighter. Little leaguers would have smoked the Leafs last night.
