  1. Svech retiring Ovechkin seems fitting somehow, like Rocky beating Apollo Creed. Respect

  2. Can someone do their damn job and get a shot of this puck going in the net? All I've seen is the reaction to it on every angle provided.

  3. Fun facts….over his entire playoff career of 171 games, Alexander Ovechkin
scored 77 goals and 70 assists.

But is only +3…..his teams gave up 144 goals against with him on the ice.
This year's playoffs? even. No net advantage.
(compare to McDavid …3 goals, 14 assists in 11 games, +7)

    One-dimensional goal suck.

  4. I screamed at this live, was a huge relief but jesus those were terrible replays. How the hell did that puck go in.

  5. Congrats Canes.
I’ll be cheering against you from here on out.
Maybe you won’t get swept in the conference final 3 years in a row.
To the Leafs or Panthers coaching staff, please study the tape on the 4 canes on the puck style of play.
Also look out for all 5 canes pinching below the dots after a goal is scored on them.

Thanks for a wonderful 50th anniversary season Caps.
It was a pleasure watching OVI become the greatest goal scorer of all time!!!!!

  6. The whole series the Canes had ALL the puck luck. And the Caps fans mojo is the worst. They willed that lucky shot into the net.

  7. Do you have a good angle on that Svechnikov goal? can't seem to find anywhere realy showing how this went in xD

  8. One the best goals I watched, ones that clinch series are favorites.. But this one and the Williams to McGinn one in 2019 (also eliminated washington) were some of my personal favorites. Carter Verhaeghe also had one against Washington in 2022 that was my one of my favorites.
